About Simone Weil

Refused to eat more than the rations of the unemployed out of solidarity. Worked in a Renault factory to understand the working class. Died at 34 from tuberculosis complicated by self-imposed starvation. Her concept of attention as a form of grace influenced many. Tertullian and Marx were her two greatest influences.
